DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING?
Yes, we have the option for Express Shipping at checkout for next day delivery. All orders are shipped same day before 2pm, otherwise, dispatched within 24 hours of being placed (unless placed over a weekend or on a public holiday). If this is the case, it will be dispatched the following business day. Please note, any delays due to our third-party courier services are unfortunately beyond our control.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Unfortunately, at this point in time, we do not have the option for international shipping. However, you can purchase all of our latest collections via international boutiques and majors such as Revolve, Lulu’s and Shopbop to name a few that do ship internationally. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and a text with a link that you can track your order! You can also download the Australia Post app and track your order with the tracking number provided.
WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME? WILL MY DELIVERY BE LOST?
All orders require a signature upon arrival. If in the event that no one if present to sign, your order will be redirected to your local post office for collection.

WHAT IF MY GARMENT IS FAULTY?
If you believe your item is faulty upon delivery, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and our customer service team will assist prior to sending it back. We cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as a faulty.
HOW LONG WILL MY RETURN TAKE TO BE PROCESSED?
Here at ELLIATT we try to get through all returns as soon as they reach out returns depot, please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your return. If you have not heard from us within few business days to when your package has reached us, please email us at email@example.com.
DO YOU PAY FOR MY RETURN SHIPPING?
We are unable to supply return labels to you; therefore, all return shipping costs come at the customer’s expense. ELLIATT is not liable for the loss of an item which is being returned, therefore we recommend that you securely package and return the item using registered mail and keep tracking for which you can track if it has been delivered to us, to follow up on your return.
